Black-founded startups captured just 0.4% of all U.S. venture funding, the lowest share in years, even as AI investment hit record highs. The founders building the next generation of AI-driven businesses in Arizona aren't short on vision, grit, or good ideas. They're short on the one thing that turns those ideas into companies: money that actually reaches them.
